Softball Drops season opener to TJCJanuary 29, 2025

LeCroy to take charge of CC SoftballJune 01, 2024Cody LeCroy joins Cisco College just after winning the 1A Texas State Championship at Jonesboro High School. LeCroy help lead the Lady Eagles to their first State Championship, along side his wife (Amanda). LeCroy helped coach 7 selections to the All-State Team as well as District MVP, New Comer of the Year & Pitcher of the Year. LeCroy spent time as the Head Girl's Athletic Coordinator and Head Basketball Coach for Jonesboro HS. LeCroy is a graduate of Sul Ross State University (MS '15 & BS '14) While in Alpine, LeCroy was part of the football team as a receiver & special teams specialist. LeCroy began his coaching career as a Graduate Assistant for the Lady Lobo Softball Team during the Springs of '14 & '15 before moving on the University of Dallas as the Volunteer Assistant Softball Coach then onto Cisco College in the Spring of 2016 as the Defensive Backs Coach, Head Strength & Conditioning, as well as volunteering time to help with the Lady Wrangler Softball Team. After CC, LeCroy made the jump back into softball full-time as the Asst. Coach at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Tx. A D3 program apart of the SCAC. While in Kerrville, LeCroy help lead the Mountaineers to 75+ wins over a 3 year span. 1 All American, 2 All Regions and over 20 All Conference players for the SCAC. After Schreiner, LeCroy got his first Head Coaching Job at Coleman High, helping the Bluekatts win their first District Championship and a Bi-District Championships in over a decade with 7 of the 9 starters receiving postseason accolades. After Coleman, LeCroy went on to Clarendon College to become the Assistant Head Coach and helped the Bulldogs get to the WJCAC Region 5 Tournament and earned a 3rd place finish back in 2022, including 4 All-Conference players & numerous players of the week. LeCroy hails from the Southwest area of Houston and a graduate of Needville High School (2009) where LeCroy played Football, baseball & ran track. Cody & Amanda just welcomed the newest addition to their family. A beautiful little girl named Dakota! “I’m excited to be back at CC, it felt like home to me the first time I was here and it made it easy to make the return. I’m ready to bring my dedication and my love for the game here to Cisco and make some noise in the Conference!” - LeCroy
