For the second straight week Zanyra Adams was voted the NTJCAC Player of the Week!

Cisco College's Zanyra Adams and McLennan Community College's Daylon Dickerson were named the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference's Women's and Men's Basketball Players of the Week.

A 5-8 freshman guard from San Antonio, Texas, Adams was selected the NTJCAC's Women's Basketball Player of the Week after turning in two stellar performances for the Lady Wranglers. Against Southwestern Christian, she scored 14 points while shooting 50 percent from the floor. She also grabbed 11 rebounds and had six steals and two assists. Against previously unbeaten Temple, she poured in 32 points, had 18 boards and registered six steals. In her two games last week, she averaged 23 points, 15 rebounds and six steals a night.
