It was definitely a cold and windy day, but that did not stop the Wranglers from winning 15-7 in the first game against Wayland Baptist yesterday afternoon. Cisco was down 5-3 going into the bottom of the 3rd but they flipped the game when they scored seven runs on five hits to take a 10-5 lead. Mikaela Salinas singled, scoring two runs, Julia Saucedo singled, scoring two runs,  Colbi Goodwin hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Kassidy Bradshaw had a single that drove in one run. Brooke McLurin was the winning pitcher for the Lady Wranglers. She allowed six hits over six innings, striking out six and walking four. Mia Wimmer went 2-for-2 at the plate and Alyssa Brister had three out of the seven bases stolen. 

The Wranglers came up short in the second game with a 6-4 final score. Harley Staton, Alyssa Brister, and Gracyn Slack each collected one hit for Cisco College. The Wranglers drew up five walks and three stolen bases. 

The Lady Wranglers will be traveling this Thursday to El Paso, TX to play at EPCC. The games will start Friday, February 9th at 10:00am.
