Cisco College Wranglers Fights Back In Loss To Coyotes

Cisco College Wranglers's effort to come back from down five runs in the seventh inning came up just short, as they fell 7-6 to Coyotes on Thursday. Cisco College Wranglers scored four runs in the failed comeback on a single by Lauren Aleman, a single by Taylor Epperson, and a double by Kadee Luna.

Cisco College Wranglers was right in it until Coyotes singled in the sixth inning.

In the top of the fifth inning, Coyotes tied things up at two when Raegan Ferguson grounded out, scoring one run.

Cisco College Wranglers tallied four runs in the seventh inning. Cisco College Wranglers's big bats in the inning were led by singles by Aleman and Epperson and a double by Luna.

Coyotes scored three runs in the seventh inning. The offensive firepower by Coyotes was led by Brooklyn Araujo and Prya Burns, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Marcie Moss took the win for Coyotes. The righty went seven innings, allowing six runs on seven hits and striking out two.
