Epperson's Walk-Off Seals The Deal In Cisco College Wranglers Victory Over Hill College

A walk-off home run led Cisco College Wranglers past Hill College 6-5 on Wednesday. The game was tied at five with Cisco College Wranglers batting in the bottom of the seventh when Taylor Epperson hit a solo homer.

Hill College scored three runs in the seventh inning, but Cisco College Wranglers still managed to pull out the victory. The offensive firepower by Hill College was led by Jazzmyn Rodriguez and Shelby Nelson, all driving in runs in the frame.

Cisco College Wranglers got things moving in the first inning.  Bailey Buck drew a walk, scoring one run.

Caitlyn Rangel got the win for Cisco College Wranglers. The righthander lasted seven innings, allowing nine hits and five runs while striking out seven.

Hannah Spring took the loss for Hill College. The bulldog lasted five innings, allowing six hits and five runs while striking out five.

Cisco College Wranglers socked two home runs on the day. Sara Papizan went yard in the third inning. Epperson had a homer in the seventh inning.

Cisco College Wranglers scattered seven hits in the game.  Papizan and Epperson all managed multiple hits for Cisco College Wranglers.  Epperson and Papizan each collected two hits to lead Cisco College Wranglers.

Hill College collected nine hits on the day.  Lexi WheelerLindsey Ratcliffe, and Nelson all collected multiple hits for Hill College.
