Monday was a long day for Cisco College Wranglers, falling to Howard College Hawks 19-3.

Howard College Hawks opened up scoring in the first inning. Laela Minnich hit a solo homer.

Howard College Hawks pulled away for good with four runs in the second inning. In the second Abigale Rayos singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run and Minnich singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run.

Howard College Hawks scored 12 runs in the fifth inning. Aaliyah Medina , Rayos, Sasha Willems, Christabelle Aguirre, Rayos, and Barbora Saviola powered the big inning with RBIs.

Jasmine Blizzard got the start for Howard College Hawks. The hurler allowed four hits and three runs over five innings, striking out two and walking zero.

Bailey Buck was in the pitcher's circle for Cisco College Wranglers. The righty lasted four innings, allowing 12 hits and 11 runs while striking out five and walking one. Heather Wineman and Nikki Rameriz entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two-thirds of an inning and one-third of an inning respectively.
