Wranglers take two from Ranger on the Road

Yesterday the Wranglers took a trip over to Ranger and defeated them 14-5 in the first game and 11-0 in the second. 

In the first game, Mia Wimmer had a busy day at the plate and smacked four hits. Wimmer tripled in the first, homered in the third, doubled in the sixth, and doubled in the seventh. Cisco tallied 16 hits on the day. Maddy Martinez pitched for the Wranglers and struck out five. 

The Wranglers started out strong, scoring a total of 10 runs in the first two innings. Kamryn Gomez went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double in the first and a homer in the second. Emily Wehnert also smacked a homerun in the second inning. Cisco tallied 11 hits, with multiple hits from Gomez, Rodriguez, and Camacho. Kayla Camacho pitched for the Wranglers, striking out six.
