  • Cisco College Softball Can't Catch Up To Temple Junior College
  • Cisco College Softball watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in an 8-0 loss to Temple Junior College on Monday. Temple Junior College took the lead on a double in the first inning.
  • The Cisco College Softball struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Temple Junior College, giving up eight runs.
  • Temple Junior College got on the board in the first inning. Madilyn Weatherly doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.
  • One bright spot for Cisco College Softball was a single by Amanda Contreras in the third inning.
  • Breanna Hernandez got the win for Temple Junior College. She lasted five innings, allowing three hits and zero runs while striking out six.
  • Ileano Ortega took the loss for Cisco College Softball. She allowed nine hits and seven runs over three innings, striking out one and walking one.

  • The Cisco College Softball struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Temple Junior College, giving up eight runs.
  • In the first inning, Temple Junior College got their offense started. Savanna Parker grounded out, scoring one run.
  • A single by Destiny De Leon in the first inning was a positive for Cisco College Softball.
  • Taylor Gruell pitched Temple Junior College to victory. She allowed two hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out three and walking one. Marley Hilton threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
  • Erin Michael took the loss for Cisco College Softball. She surrendered eight runs on eight hits over three and a third innings.
