Cisco College adds 4 signees to the 2019 fall class

Joel Prickett and the Cisco College softball program are excited to announce the addition of four Texas standouts to the 2019 freshman class. Coach Prickett has the unique experience of knowing and working with three of these athletes the past 6-7 years, and is looking forward to getting to know the fourth.

 

Hailey Prentice-Odessa High School-1b

Hailey is a power hitting first baseman that should find herself competing for a spot in the middle of the Wrangler line-up. Hailey continues a long line of Odessa High softball graduates who will continue their softball careers with Coach Prickett. She is the daughter of proud father Bryan Prentice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Alexis Starr-Big Spring High School-Middle Infielder

Alexis is an extremely versatile, speedy player who will open up many options for the Wranglers in 2019. In high school she has received 1st team All-District infield her sophomore and junior years and earned an All State recognition her junior year as well. She is the daughter of Jason and Laura Starr.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jaydan Mann-Coahoma High School-C/IF

Jaydan will join the Wrangler family as one of the top offensive prospects in the 2019 class. She will catch and work around the infield for Coach Prickett. She has received All-District honors as catcher, as well as Offensive player of the Year honors. She is the daughter of Jessica Canales and Jerry Mann.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sidney Smith-Lone Star High School-P/IF

Sidney will join the Wrangler family with the primary focus for her to be on the mound. Sidney is a very crafty pitcher with great movement and accuracy. She has an incredible knack for keeping hitters off balance. As a two-year member of the National Honor Society, she will help carry on the tradition of the high academic standards for the Wrangler softball family. She is the daughter of Angela and Brendon Smith.
