Football Finishes the Season Against Northeastern Oklahoma A&M

Cisco College fell to a 5-4 record Saturday, Oct. 27 to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. NEO clinched their second straight Southwest Junior College Football Conference regular season championship. If Cisco won, they would have won the regular season championship and received a home-field advantage throughout the playoffs to win a Conference Championship.

Cisco College fought hard all season to be ranked as high as #17 and #25 in the nation for the first time in nearly a decade. The Wranglers offense finished ranked #8 in the nation for points scored, #8 in the nation for total yards, #2 in the nation for passing yards, #2 in the nation for passing touchdowns, and #10 in the nation for first downs. The Wranglers special teams finished ranked #6 in the nation for punt return yards, and #10 in the nation for PAT percentage. Cisco College’s defense finished #15 in the nation for fumble recoveries, #17 in the nation for interceptions, #15 in the nation for sacks, and #1 in the nation for tackles and defensive touchdowns!

Cisco College will miss sophomores: Bradley Rozner (ranked #1 in the nation for receiving touchdowns: 13), Jordan Wells, Jordan Kitna, Xavier Hall, Trey Jackson, Austin McCarther, Tyler Stewart, Daniel Lee, Jakobe Sheffield, Kayce Medlock, Cody Gentry, Dylan Walker, Duson Sproles, Gunnar Murphy, Sam Leota, TJ Simien, Devontay Wheatley, Isaiah Feaster, Kylan Middlebrooks, Tori Hargrove, Isiah Whittington, Daniel Killian, Gabe Hernandez, Latu Maile, Daniel Utu, Tony Thomas, Nick Gomez, and Seth Glenn.
